The distribution of the processor module NET-A7 in the cover and of different I/Os in the lower part of the box enable the fast creation of custom specific I/O while the software structure (socket interface, web server, nodeAccess&trade, et cetera) stay the same. In addition to the special analog I/Os nearly any enlargements can be realised by access to the processor bus (sandwich board to NET-A7 in the cover). eTerm and eSpeak are examples for special I/Os based on NET-A7.
We released established I/O combinations as standard ethernodes, but it might be that you have very special and different requests or that you just need a different configuration. Therefor our custom development service is available. It makes you an attractive offer for a custom solution also for 50-100 units per year.
NET-A7 is also prepared for the fitting into wider or completly different boxes. We would also like to create I/O enlargements like the 4I4RHV according to your wishes, that are added to the base board over the I²C. For further remote sub units a cuppling over the RS485 interface is applicable.
And for higher quantities we also bring our ARM processor in different surroundings - onto a special processor board according to your wishes, e.g. with more storage, different Co-processors or similar.
In the mean time - while we are creating a hardware prototype - you can already work out the software because of our standard ethernodes. With mCat software is modular arrangable very conveniently, so that the switch to your custom specific hardware can happen very fast.
